It is special designed for LED to test the luminous flux, luminous intensity, luminous flux, forward voltage, reverse current, reverse voltage and etc. The system is completely meet the requirements of condition A or B under CIE pub, No. 127.

1.测试 LED 、大功率 LED 、食人鱼、贴片等发光体的光电性能；

Applied to measure the photoelectric performance of DIP LED, high power LED, SMD LED.

2. 内置 800mA 数控恒流源，三级分档测量功能；

800mA constant current inside.

3.测量 LED 的电参数：反向漏电流，下身压降等；

Measure LED electric parameters: forward current, forward voltage, reverse current, reverse voltage.

4. 测量 LED 的光参数,***光强、动态光强、零度光强、偏差角、扩散角、光通量等各种性能参数；

Measure LED photometric parameters: max luminous intensity, dynamic luminous intensity, zero luminous intensity, misalignment angle, spread angle, luminous flux and etc.

1.正向电流 (I F ) forward current： 0.1mA ～ 800.0m A ；

2.正向电压 (V F ) forward voltage： 0.01V ～ 20.00 V

3.反向电流 (I R ) reverse current： 0.01 μ A~200 μ A ；

4.反向电压 (V R ) reverse voltage： 0.1 V～ 20.00 V

5.反向击穿电压 reverse voltage：0.1 V～ 20.00 V

6.预热时间 preheating time ：0-9999ms

7.光强测量范围 luminous intensity measuring range：0mcd-9.999cd
