液氨产品存储通常用球灌装，但球罐体控制系统十分复杂，控制出现不当极易出现灾难性事故。球罐体压力是一项重要的控制参数，当球罐体压力超过了设定值时，DCS系统通过现场测量装置将实时测量数值回传至SIS系统。SIS系统则根据事先程序设定值将自动启动联锁装置，切断液氨继续进入罐体，使罐体不会因为液氨超容量注入而引发的危险事故。
浓氨水产品通常采用罐体存储，上方采用氮气密封，防止氨气溢出储罐污染大气，给人缘和环境带来危险。向罐体内注入氮气的一个重要目的是可以通过注入氮气量的多少控制罐体压力，当操作压力到达规定的值的时候，浓氨水储槽顶部的呼吸阀就会打开。如果呼吸阀放散不及时或者出现故障时罐体压力会继续上升，压力达到第二个规定值时氮封阀会自动打开进行泄压。
如果呼吸阀放散和氮封阀出现故障或者泄压速度慢，罐体压力依然上升，达到罐体设定的高值时，触发联锁使通往浓氨水储槽管道上的氮气电磁阀会自动关闭，切断氮气的进入由氮封阀和呼吸阀进行泄压。当紧急情况发生的时候也可以通过人工泄压。此外，还放置了压力极高联锁系统，如果罐体压力到达极高联锁设定值的时候，通过联锁使进料阀自动紧急切断，从而保障罐内压力平稳、罐体不被破坏。

SIS system will automatically start the interlock device according to the preset program value to cut off the liquid ammonia from entering the tank, so that the tank will not cause dangerous accidents due to the over capacity injection of liquid ammonia.
Concentrated ammonia products are usually stored in tanks and sealed with nitrogen above to prevent ammonia from overflowing the tank, polluting the atmosphere and bringing danger to people and the environment. An important purpose of injecting nitrogen into the tank is to control the tank pressure by the amount of nitrogen injected. When the operating pressure reaches the specified value, the breather valve on the top of the concentrated ammonia storage tank will open. If the breather valve is not released in time or fails, the tank pressure will continue to rise. When the pressure reaches the second specified value, the nitrogen seal valve will automatically open for pressure relief.
If the breather valve and nitrogen seal valve fail or the pressure relief speed is slow, and the tank pressure still rises. When the maximum value set for the tank is reached, the interlock will be triggered to automatically close the nitrogen solenoid valve on the pipeline to the concentrated ammonia storage tank, cut off the entry of nitrogen, and the nitrogen seal valve and breather valve will relieve the pressure. When an emergency occurs, it can also be relieved manually. In addition, an extremely high pressure interlocking system is also placed. If the tank pressure reaches the extremely high interlocking set value, the feed valve will be automatically and urgently cut off through interlocking, so as to ensure that the pressure in the tank is stable and the tank is not damaged.
