FPC-CX DCS系统中,FCS-2000控制站采用GCS-1000型控制器，以IPU-II为核心的远程处理I/O模块，同时搭配多种I/O模块，通过Ethernet传输方式来实现现场控制。它的I/O点位为现场的输出、输入处理设备，包括信号RS485等信号转换。此系统可以在暂时不与操作站和局域网相联的情况下，完成现场过程控制及与现场连接控制点位的确认，保证设备装置安全运行，同时在信号变换过程中还采用了转换技术防止来自现场的干扰信号。它作为整个系统的基础，其可靠性和安全性为关键，如现场出现服务器当机等将会严重影响整个系统的运行与监测。
2.2 操作站介绍
操作员站和工程师站是对整个FPC-CX DCS进行离线配置、组态工作和在线系统监控制、维护保养的网络节点。它的主要功能是对整个FPC-CX DCS系统进行组态，并在系统在线运行时实时地监控系统中各个设备的运行状况，使工程师可以通过工程师站及时调整系统配置和一些系统参数的设定，保证整个FPC-CX DCS时时处在优的运行状态，也可以说没有系统组态功能不可称之为DCS系统。
2.3系统网络

2.2 introduction to operation station
Operator station and engineer station are network nodes for offline configuration, configuration, online system monitoring, control and maintenance of the whole fpc-cx DCS. Its main function is to configure the whole fpc-cx DCS system and monitor the operation status of each equipment in the system in real time when the system is running online, so that engineers can timely adjust the system configuration and the setting of some system parameters through the engineer station to ensure that the whole fpc-cx DCS is in the optimal operation state at all times. It can also be said that without system configuration function, it can not be called DCS system.
2.3 system network
In fpc-cx DCS system, the system network is divided into two levels: information net and fl-net. Information net is composed of 100Mbps high-speed redundant Ethernet, which is mainly used for network connection between operation stations, data databases, printers, trend and OPC servers. Fl-net mainly completes the real-time data transmission between data database, control station and operation station. It is the skeleton of the whole fpc-cx system. In order to ensure the real-time, reliability and expansibility of the whole system, it mainly uses 100Mbps high-speed dual redundant Ethernet for operation.
