调节系统功能
汽轮机通常采用定－滑－定启动模式。汽轮机启动阶段，锅炉燃烧率维持不变。汽轮机所需的启动蒸汽压力由旁路系统控制，维持不变。蒸汽温度由锅炉温控系统控制，维持不变。机组并网带负荷且旁路阀全关后，逐渐增加锅炉燃烧率，蒸汽升温、升压，滑参数加负荷。正常运行时，可由汽机或锅炉维持蒸汽压力不变，锅炉温控系统维持蒸汽温度不变，通过改变汽机的调门、锅炉燃烧率和给水量，以满足电网对发电机功率的要求。
在ATC方式下，若机组的某些主要运行参数超出正常范围，系统将发出报警信号及保持指令。若热应力计算有效，系统将给出建议的负荷率。
1)      升速控制
根据机组热状态，可控制机组全自动按经验曲线完成升速率设置、暖机、过临界转速区，直到3000r/min定速。操作员可通过修改目标转速、升速率或按保持按钮，对升速过程进行手动控制。在ATC方式下，系统根据机组热应力及机组运行参数，可自动给出保持指令，以控制启动过程。
Regulation system function
The turbine usually adopts constant sliding constant starting mode. During the start-up stage of steam turbine, the boiler combustion rate remains unchanged. The startup steam pressure required by the steam turbine is controlled by the bypass system and remains unchanged. The steam temperature is controlled by the boiler temperature control system and remains unchanged. After the unit is connected to the grid with load and the bypass valve is fully closed, gradually increase the boiler combustion rate, steam temperature rise and pressure rise, and load the sliding parameters. During normal operation, the steam pressure can be maintained by the steam turbine or boiler, and the steam temperature can be maintained by the boiler temperature control system. By changing the regulating valve of the steam turbine, boiler combustion rate and water supply, the power requirements of the power grid for the generator can be met.
Under ATC mode, if some main operating parameters of the unit exceed the normal range, the system will send alarm signal and hold command. If the thermal stress calculation is effective, the system will give the recommended load rate.
1) Speed up control
According to the thermal state of the unit, the unit can be controlled to automatically set the speed rise, warm up and cross the critical speed zone according to the empirical curve until the constant speed of 3000r / min. The operator can manually control the speed increase process by modifying the target speed, speed increase rate or pressing the hold button. Under ATC mode, the system can automatically give hold command according to the unit thermal stress and unit operation parameters to control the start-up process.
