屏蔽即采取金属导体隔绝元件、组合件以及信号线。屏蔽可以很好的抑制电容性耦合噪声。常用的方法是通过屏蔽双绞线连接模拟信号。通常情况下,不但电噪声干扰信号,而且强交变磁场也会干扰信号。因此,不但需要考虑电屏蔽,而且需要考虑磁屏蔽,可以采取导磁性能优越(如铁、镍等)的导体实现屏蔽措施。
做好接地
对于DCS接地系统,其主要包括2方面作用:一方面,在信号、供电电源进入DCS系统后或其自身发生故障时,可以承担超负荷电流而且能够将其传人地中;另一方面,接地系统可以提供屏蔽层给DCS,进而隔绝电子噪声干扰,同时可以提供参考零电位给全部系统。所以DCS系统通常包含工作及保护2个接地。



Shielding means that metal conductors are used to isolate elements, assemblies and signal lines. Shielding can well suppress capacitive coupling noise. The common method is to connect analog signals through shielded twisted pair. Generally, not only electric noise but also strong alternating magnetic field will interfere with the signal. Therefore, not only electrical shielding but also magnetic shielding should be considered. Shielding measures can be realized by conductors with superior magnetic conductivity (such as iron, nickel, etc.).
Grounding
For DCS grounding system, it mainly includes two functions: on the one hand, it can bear overload current and transmit it to the ground after the signal and power supply enter the DCS system or its own failure; On the other hand, the grounding system can provide a shielding layer to DCS to isolate electronic noise interference, and provide reference zero potential to all systems. Therefore, DCS system usually includes two working and protective grounding.
